Verification & Testing
Verification and validation activities typically consume 40 to 75 percent of the budget on many of today's development projects. Thanks to SSCI, our members have already learned how to significantly reduce those figures.
Using our automated tools and techniques, members improve their processes and reduce many of the labor-intensive activities associated with verification and validation. For example, Test Automation Framework (TAF) methodologies and tools support continuous verification throughout the entire lifecycle, including early verification of requirements consistency and testability, design for testability, and automated testing. TAF provides automatic test vector generation, test execution, and results analysis, as well as support for traceability to requirements, path coverage analysis of code, and simulation.
Working with members on mission-critical and complex development programs, SSCI experts have honed their skills on modeling techniques for requirement and interface specifications, COTS and legacy applications, Web and GUI interfaces, network-centric processing, and databases.
With SSCI on your side, you will see a significant reduction in the time and effort needed for test planning and oversight, test coverage that is complete and consistent, earlier detection of defects, and easier test updates over the lifecycle of your project.
